Hi, we are a friendly and respectful student couple looking for a furnished room in Southend. We are happy to live in a shared house and don’t have any issues with shared housemates or communal areas such as the kitchen or living space. We are clean, quiet, and easy-going, and we always respect house rules and other residents.
