Looking for flexible rental

I am looking for flexible rental as I am a fresh graduate currently looking for a job. My budget is up to £350 per week including bills for single occupancy flats (e. g. studios) but lower if shared with other people.

Accommodation preferences:
- HIGH PRIORITY: Quiet, free from human noises upstairs, next door etc. as I am extremely sensitive to noise, especially at night (11pm - 7am)
- HIGH PRIORITY: Good security both for the flat and the area even when walking alone at night
- Preferably electric/induction hobs without fire
- Good transport links
- Easy to arrange maintenance

Roommate preferences (I will try my best to do these myself also):
- Kind, friendly, easygoing, respect others' boundaries and personal belongings
- Generally quiet
- Good hygiene and tidiness (at least in shared areas)
- Good sense of home security
- Would not frequently get drunk
- Preferably all female household, or at least with a female majority

Extra:
- I am generally good with cats, happy to have them
