Looking for a short stay April to end of June

I'll be working at a school in Brighton for the summer term only and need a place to stay. I'll be out most of the time during the week and will be spending the weekends in London, so I won't be spending much time in the accommodation.

My work is located in Kemptown, so ideally anywhere which is within a 45-minute walk would be preferred.
