Quiet lad

Hello,
I’m on the look out for a decent size room to rent, but would need somewhere that allows me to have my 2 boys, aged 11 & 12 to stay over every other weekend, I’m stating this now as it saves wasting anyone’s time. I very quiet and want a quiet life, my boys are just as respectful, I work fulltime in Leigh on the 6-2 shift, sometimes OT, thank you for reading my ad, I’m an good to move asap, thanks
