Looking for a place 2026

Hi there,

I’m Avi, a 36-year-old musician currently based in Shepherd’s Bush. After more than five years here, my current place is heading into renovation, so I’m now looking for my next London home.

I’m open to different areas as long as they’re relatively safe and not overly busy. I’m happy to share with like-minded people and would also consider living on my own if the place feels right.

I work an office job five days a week, with 2–3 days working from home, and do freelance work in the evenings and at weekends, so I’m often out. At home, I appreciate a welcoming, clean and organised space - not obsessively tidy, just shared with a bit of care.

I enjoy cooking, listening to music or the radio, and having a relaxed chat or shared meal now and then. I value personal space and privacy and always respect the same in others.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place that feels like home and people I can get along with on a personal level.
