Easy commute please!

I am looking for a room in a peaceful and respectful home.

I am friendly and approachable, but I also value my own space and quiet time. I work hard during the week and appreciate coming home to a calm, clean and organised environment. At weekends, I usually keep a simple and quiet routine, going to church, doing some shopping, resting and enjoying a peaceful lifestyle.

I have lived 6 years in one home and 4 years in another, which reflects my stability, respect for shared living and long-term commitment as a housemate.

I work in the Liverpool Street / Moorgate area from Monday to Friday and am therefore looking for a home with easy transport connections to this area. Ideally, I am looking around locations I am familiar with, such as areas close to the Northern Line, all Clapham areas, or SW London in general. I am also open to living closer to the City.

What I am looking for:
• A clean and tidy home, free from clutter
• Fair and respectful sharing of common spaces
• A calm household, no parties or excessive noise
• Mutual respect and consideration
• Easy transport to Liverpool Street
