Room wanted for quiet couple

Hello there!

We're a couple looking for a large spacious ensuite with space enough to fit two standard work desks with all bills included and broadband as I work from home. Super easy going with the rest of the property, so long as it's relatively clean and tidy.

We are quite quiet so would prefer housemates that are similar, but have no real preferences towards other flatmates so long as they're respectable.
