Studio or 1 bed

Hi,

I'm looking for a studio or one bed flat with private use of the kitchen/bathroom (no sharing) in London and surrounding areas, not far from a gym and tube/train station. Any area with good connections to Liverpool Street.

My budget is £1100, but I might be able to stretch for the right place.

I'm 42, Christian, single, originally from Portugal but have lived in London for almost 10 years. I work hybrid in tech for a financial media company, 9-5 Monday to Friday, 2 days from the office and the rest from home.

I''m not a fan of parties or noise, I prefer to live in a quiet and peaceful environment. I usually go to bed at 10 pm after watching a movie/show. In my free time I like to do volunteering work. I also enjoy reading, cooking, going to the gym and going for walks.

I will treat your flat as my own with care. I am impeccably clean and always on time with my rent and bills. I can provide references upon request.
