Looking for a flat / en-suite or flatmate

Hi i’m a 28year old single professional who’s has been living in a house share for the past year and previously another flat share . My current landlord is selling the property so will be moving out within the next month as a time frame - a reference from him will be provided. My hobbies are the gym , walks in nature , reading and sea dip etc - anything outdoors really! i’m an easy going guy who keeps to himself , is clean and tidy and doesn’t drink or party .. i dedicate my life to keeping healthy physically and mentally :) Ideally would prefer a flat but will consider reasonable sized on suites or flatshares !
