Friendly, Clean Pastry Chef looking for Room

I’m a 21 year-old professional pastry chef working full time and studying patisserie part time, looking for a long-term place to live.
I’m responsible, reliable, and easy to live with. I’m mindful of shared spaces, keep things clean and tidy, and communicate well with housemates. I’m a non-smoker, don’t host parties, and always pay rent on time.
I’m ideally looking for a calm, respectful household where everyone looks after the space and gets along well. I’m friendly but respectful of people’s space — and as a small bonus, I do sometimes come home with sweet treats to share.
