Calm, respectful professional

Hi,

I’m Fab, a French professional consultant specialising in brand strategy and creative direction. I’m looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to call home in Crouch End or 10 minutes walking distance area.

I’m tidy, organised, and very respectful of shared spaces. I value calm, good communication, and a relaxed, adult household. I work in a hybrid way depending on projects, combining focused work time with meetings and time out.

I have two lovely children who live nearby, and I’m keen to stay local so I can be present for things like school runs. My girlfriend may also stay over occasionally — always in a respectful, low-key way that fits shared living.

I’m active and spend a lot of time running (around 10 km every other day), so I appreciate a home that’s calm, clean, and well balanced.
