Flat, House Share or Flatmate Wanted

Hi all,
I am a 23 year old young professional who has just moved to the lake district and am looking for a flat, flatmate or house share with the specifics as listed above. I would be looking for a double room preferably ensuite and not on the ground floor however I can be flexible for the right property.

I am a very personable and relaxed individual, equally as happy in my own company as in the company of others. I like to spend most of my time outdoors or pursuing my various hobbies (who know what the next one will be) and hunting down the best coffee shops in town.

I like to keep my space clean and organized and would prefer someone who has the same outlook, although I can understand if there are a few dishes left in the sink after a long day!
