Looking to buddy up for central Manchester flat

I’m Cam, I work in management in one of the nearby museums. I’ve lived in Manchester for a number of years in the past, have most recently lived in Liverpool but I’m looking to move closer to work to cut my commute time down.

I'd love a flatmate who's down for a bit of a debrief over a pint every once in a while but if you'd prefer to keep to yourself that's absolutely fine with me. Similarly, if you're out all the time that’s cool with me too.

I’m really into History (as expected lol) as well as music, nice coffee shops and vintage fashion & furniture. Also enjoy the occasion hike.

In terms of actual flat specs, my max budget is ~£900 pcm all in but I’d prefer to keep it about £750 if possible. I’m looking to move ASAP, so the sooner we can knock up a rightmove list of potential gaffs the better. I’d kinda need a furnished flat, preferably with a bathroom each but could be convinced depending on the flat.

I’m also very queer friendly! I have very little preference on gender/age or anything similar providing you keep shared spaces clean lol
