Looking for flatmate+flat, South Manc, April/May

I'm looking to move to South Manchester, ideally in April, could stretch to May.

I am very chilled, love going for walks, gigs, pub trips, climbing, playing guitar, and travelling to random places.

I am tidy and respectful of peoples personal space, so would want a flatmate who's on the same page.

Would love to live with a mate and not a stranger. Always down for a film night, TV binge or a pub trip!

Flatwise I'd be looking for somewhere in South Manchester (Didsbury, Chorlton, Stockport etc.) that's easy to get in to city centre

I mostly work in the city centre, but work from home once or twice a week usually, so would need somewhere to fit a desk. I also have a car so would need some sort of parking.

Ideally just looking for 1 other person, but 2 would work. I don't care about en suite, balcony or anything like that, just a decent sized double room.
