Regular short stays

I regularly visit the Esher/Surbiton areas for work, about every four to six weeks for four to eight nights at a time. I'm looking for somewhere to occasionally stay as a more affordable alternative to hotels. I have a tight budget but I am tidy and respectful. I will be gone most of the day everyday at work.
If weekends are not possible that is fine. If availability is only a few times a year, I'm still interested.
