Professional looking for a South Manchester room

Hi, I'm Ross, I'm looking for a spare room in the Trafford or South Manchester area. I'm between properties at present so something medium term (at least 6 months) would be ideal. I'm pretty open location-wise, not bothered if it's a flat or a house, and I'm a quiet and easy-going flatmate. I'm a project manager based in Bolton most days, and I'm usually out over the weekend. The odd late night would be fine with me but I'm definitely not after a party house - I'm looking to share somewhere that's pretty chilled. I'm happy to do my share of cooking, cleaning or any other household jobs but I absolutely would respect people's space and privacy if that's their preference.

I enjoy football (playing and watching), music (I do occasionally DJ so there may be the odd late return home), and if there's a pet in the household then I'm definitely OK with that too! Happy to have a chat about any potential options, just give me a shout. Thanks!
