Flat Share or Buddy Up

I currently rent a 2-bedroom flat in Whitechapel. It’s a great, cosy space in a fantastic central location, perfect for being near the East London arts scene, great pubs, and gigs. My current flatmate is moving out soon, and to be honest, I can't justify the cost of the whole place on my own!

I am looking for someone to take over the second room from April, or I’m equally happy to buddy up to find a fresh start somewhere else to keep our monthly costs manageable.

I’m a 34-year-old working professional. I’m out of the house most days for work, so I’m a very easy-going and respectful flatmate who values a clean, chilled-out home.

I’m a huge fan of travelling and have already ticked a few countries off my list. This year, my personal goal is to hit a new country every single month! Between work and my travel plans, I’m quite active and out of the house a lot, but I always make sure the flat is kept tidy and feels like a home.

Ideally looking for another professional who is clean, reliable, and looking to share costs in a central/east location. I'm looking for someone who values a "cosy" environment and a respectful living dynamic.
