Hey! I’m looking to buddy up with an easygoing, like-minded professional to find a 2-bed 2-bath place around East / Docklands London in the £2,000–£2,200 range.

I’m a 31yo asset management professional working in Central London, usually in the office 3 days a week and WFH the rest. I keep an active routine outside work with badminton, running, and the occasional midweek social, while weekends are a mix of socialising or chilled downtime.

The space I live in is important and valuable to me, so I keep things tidy and respect shared living space. I enjoy both being sociable and having my own space. I have plenty of hobbies and interests, and I find it easy to get along with people, as I enjoy learning about what others are passionate about.

I’m clean, respectful of space, and value a sociable but relaxed flat environment where everyone can also have their own space. I’m looking for someone considerate, easy-going, and not after a party-house vibe.
