In need of my own space

Hi, I’m a single professional working full-time from home for Lloyds Banking Group. I’m quiet, respectful, and very down-to-earth, and I’m looking for a room to rent where I can regain my independence and settle into a calm, stable home.
I’m currently staying with family following the end of a long relationship, so I’m keen to find a place where I can sleep properly, focus on work, and rebuild my routine. I’m very clean, organised, and always respectful of shared spaces. I treat people how I’d like to be treated with honesty, kindness, and consideration.
I don’t mind the gender of a housemate as long as the household is respectful and easy-going. I have a smaller budget at the moment due to paying off past commitments, but I’m reliable, responsible, and just looking for a peaceful place to call home.
I do smoke, however I would always smoke outside and away from the property, never indoors.
