Quiet 40 y/o professional seeks Tyneside en-suite

Hey, I'm a 40 year old professional graphic designer, originally from Essex but moving from Ireland having just come out of a long term relationship.

I'm looking for an en-suite with the option for hybrid/WFH.

I like people who value peace and quiet, cleanliness and respect for one another's space. Not really big into parties or loud music as I have tinnitus. Good WiFi is nice, and ideally 1-4 fellow professionals.

I'm also not too shabby in the kitchen and always try to keep things clean and tidy. I'm something of a night owl but a pretty quiet one!

A little more about me:
I've always liked the look of Tyneside, as it seems like a vibrant, well-connected and affordable area on the doorstep of some great beauty spots.

Socially, I'm on the quiet & introverted side, but I'm not averse to a good chat! I'm also a bit of a film nerd with my own private collection (not available on Netflix!), so maybe that could work out well for some shared movie nights?

Other interests include computing, travel, walks in the countryside, and maybe the odd pub quiz or two?
