Searching for a room

I am on the hunt for a room ideally in SW London ideally from end of January, but can be flexible for the right thing.

I work in the property industry in Chelsea and have worked in this industry for 4 years back in Australia, so I know the standards landlord are after in their homes.

I have always paid rent on time and have rented privately and can provide references.

I moved over from Australia for work and opportunity, so not just here for a few party years. I am very clean and organised, enjoy the gym and fitness, and I am easygoing at home. I am social but also respectful of people’s space and keep shared areas tidy.

If anyone has something available, I am eager to secure a property. 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈
