Whole flat wanted - quiet professional + small dog

I’m a 57-year-old, quiet and respectful renter looking for a self-contained studio or 1-bedroom flat (no sharing) in London from 3rd March. Bright with a bath and good transport connections. No basement flats.

I’m an actor, singer, and voiceover artist, and I also teach acting. I work partly from home but am often out teaching, rehearsing, working out, or on jobs, so I’m not in the flat all day.

I’m tidy, responsible, and very reliable with rent. I’m a non-smoker and a considerate tenant who looks after a property well. When working from home, I’m mindful of noise and keep everything discreet and professional.

I have a very small, well-behaved Chihuahua who is calm, quiet, fully house-trained, and used to flat living. She is never left alone for long and causes no disturbance.

I’m looking for a relaxed, quiet home and am happy to provide references and answer any questions.
