Seeking whole house / ensuite / self-contained

Seeking a 2 bed house or flat (ideally with two bathrooms), or 1 ensuite sharing between ourselves, or 2 separate ensuites nearby

The accommodation would have to be without requiring a guarantor, and some flexibility about tenancy reference as we were renting 5 years from a dodgy housing association which hasn't bothered to provide reference when requested

Not in full time employment, for health reasons, anxiety disorder; of course the accommodation would have to be open to tenants not in employment and claiming universal credit, and pip (which should also make council tax exempt)

Before illness employment background was self employment, holistic health and employed warehousing and logistics; partner, finance and administration. We've both worked with some charities too

Not looking for a shared house, as we prefer our own space and to keep to ourselves
