LGBTQ+ friendly room share / Buddy-up, Zone-1

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a like-minded person to team up with and find a place to live in Central London (ideally around Waterloo or nearby zones with good Tube access). My current contract in Camberwell ends on March 11th, 2026, so I'm looking to move around that date.

What I’m looking for:
My main goal is to find a flatmate to share a large double room with. This way, we can afford a great location in the heart of the city while keeping costs low for both of us. If sharing a room isn't your thing, I’m also open to sharing a 2-bedroom flat.

About me:
I’m a friendly, easy-going, and clean person with no bad habits (non-smoker). I’m financially stable, responsible, and always pay my rent and bills on time.
I identify as non-binary / genderfluid. I’m a kind and respectful guy who values personal boundaries, but I also love creating a "homey" feel. I enjoy cooking together, watching films, traveling, and having good conversations. I’m looking for a gay man, a girl, or any LGBTQ+ friendly person who is open-minded and reliable.
