Couple looking for 1 bed flat

We are Jodie and Donald and we are looking for our first home! I am a teacher and my partner works in care. We are happy, calm, and respectful adults and are relocating from London for the quiet life.
We currently live apart in house shares so we would not want to live with anyone else. Our budget is £800 PCM and we are looking to move mid March. We are also looking for a long let.
Our hobbies are reading, exercising and love coffee!
We would like a modern 1 bed flat. Furnished would be ideal but we are happy with unfurnished.
We are clean, tidy and quiet and will look after our first home.
