Male postgrad student looking for housemate Leeds

PhD student looking for a flat to move into starting around May/June 2026. Ideally, this would be somewhere I can stay for up to 3 years since that is the maximum duration of my PhD.

My maximum budget would be around 700pm plus expenses. I am not too bothered for amenities but a garden and space for a bike would be great. I would like to have a kitchen that is not too cramped and a larger bedroom would be great too.

Open to living anywhere near Leeds but would strongly prefer to live somewhere around Headingley or Chapel Allerton, since I work at the uni and would like to be able walk (or more realistically cycle) in.
