3 month or 2 x 1 month let in Leicester.

Hi, I'm looking forward to coming to Leicester in March for three months to do research at the university. I'm looking for a single or double room in a quiet house. I'll be working at the university during the week, but I usually have to catch up with other work in the evenings. I'm pretty quiet anyway, I don't smoke or drink. During my time in Leicester, I'll be going home some weekends as I'm married and home's not Leicester. I'm looking for a nice simple single or double room with good natural light and a desk. The kitchen is more important than the lounge as I cook every day - I'm quick and tidy in the kitchen. I don't watch television so will rarely use the lounge. I do like dogs, and I speak Spanish as well as English.

I'm looking for a 3 month let - or idealy 2 x 1 month rent: 9 March-5 April (1 month or 4 weeks), and then again from 20 April-20 May (1 month or 5 weeks)
