Single, male, hardworking desperate

Hi there,
I have recently come out of an extremely bad relationship and leaving the house for my child, but they're only 4 and need to be around them day to day as much as possible. Although I work full time, I am the main carer for him and it's important to him, and I, that I can be close to him and maintain daily contact. I am desperately looking for a large room or 1 bed flat share as close to Hungerdown Lane as possible (as I don't drive, although have been waiting for a test for 18 months now), have a car so hopefully won't be long.
I work, and have always maintained long term employment, have a bit of OCD so will always offer a good standard of cleanliness but I'm looking for somewhere that will allow me the space to rebuild after a breakup while I figure out my next move, and will allow overnight stays for 2-3 nights with my well behaved child when I'm not in work (as will be shared care).
I work 3-4 days off/on each week, varying shift patterns, I'm clean, tidy, respectful, friendly and easy going and just need a break to help maintain the life I need to build for my child and I.
No issues, or drama to deal with, have had a clean break, but need to be close to my child and work.
Appreciate its a bit out of ordinary, but if anyone thinks they can deal with this then I would be more then happy to meet you with my child so you can see for yourself what we're about.
Just trying to be a good dad, and a good role model to my child but finding it impossible to find available, safe and family friendly accommodation.

The ideal will be a furnished (although not an issue if not furnished, can kit it out nicely, extremely house proud, part of my little OCD traits I think) flat share with someone who doesn't mind a single dad for up to 6 months.
