Looking to rent a room

Hello, I’m a professional looking for a double room. I work in Higher Education and have a creative social responsibility business I’m working on. Open to live with 1/2 people and have a clean respectful and comfortable living situation amongst us. I very comfortable staying primarily in my room whilst I tackle mass amounts of admin, I don’t take up too much space aside from Kitchen and bathroom use
