Seeking a double room to rent.

I’m a 43yr old professional female looking to rent a comfortable double room ideally for a minimum of 12 months in Burton-on-Trent. I work in a busy restaurant & work 5 days a week doing various shifts throughout the week including weekends. I’m quiet, organised as well as clean & tidy. My only requirements are having access to a kitchen & bathroom. I am a light smoker & will smoke outside the property.
