Room wanted

Moving back to Cardiff after a year and a half - living in Australia for 10 of those months.
About to start a job near Roath Lake and looking for somewhere to live. Ideally around here, or Cyncoed, Llanederyn or Pen-Y-Lan, but places further out considered if near decent transport links.
I am tidy, happy in my own space but also up for social interaction. I'll be working full time 4-5 days a week.
Ideally looking to share with other working people, ages 21+
I am available to move from the 30/01/26 and max rent £650pm unless bills are included which I could stretch to £800/£850pm
Easy-going and friendly, happy for nights in or going for a drink.
