I am a quiet, responsible, and employed father looking for a clean, furnished room to rent for a short-term transitional period (2-6 months, flexible).

About me:

Clean & Respectful: I am tidy, quiet, and have excellent references. I understand and respect shared living spaces.

Stable & Direct: I am employed and can provide proof of income. I communicate clearly and pay rent on time.

Simple Need: I need my own space to be stable and live close to my daughter (she will not be living with me). I am primarily at work or spending time with family.

What I'm looking for:

A private, furnished room in a clean and quiet home/apartment.

Move-in by January 31st.

Short-term lease or month-to-month agreement preferred.

Location in London (South East/South, Central, West, South west and North West/
