I am a working professional looking to move to a one bedroom apartment in the Sherwood area after 10 years of renting a 3 bedroom house in the same area. However, my circumstances have changed and I no longer need such a large house. I urgently need a one bedroom apartment in the Sherwood/Arnold area.
Primarily, I am looking for a self-contained one bedroom apartment (double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen).
But I would also consider sharing an apartment with a woman with the same characteristics.
I expect to have a roommate with whom we share a common kitchen/living room (but possibly separate bathrooms) who is also a working professional, Christian and heterosexual. She should not smoke and have a pet. She should not be a fan of loud music, scandals and parties.
