Clean and quiet guy looking for a room

Hello. My name is Thomas.
I am looking for a single or a double room in a househare in the Brighton area.
Ensuite preferred but not set in stone.
I am a very clean and quiet guy and always clean up after myself as a sign of respect for other people I live with.

I am looking preferably for a live out landlord who will accept housing benefit until I get a job which I can't start searching for until I have a place to live but I would be perfectly happy to ask universal credit to pay the rent directly to you if you wanted that reassurance.
Also if you don't need a big deposit that would be preferred also but I don't have a guarantor either.
I am very trustworthy and I can get references from my most current employer which is also where I currently live.

Looking to move down to Brighton as always loved it ever since I was a kid and used to come down here on holiday.

I am a gay guy so preferred housemate preferences would be people who don't have a problem with that or who are that way inclined in themselves.

Failing to find a place in Brighton I would also accept Colchester or Ipswich or Clacton on sea as I have family in those areas
