I am 31 years old. I am looking for a single or double room. Preferably a studio flat or a flat share, I am available to move in from 28/03/2026 and have a budget of £650pcm. I would like to share with people ideally between 25 and 60 years old.
I am also on Universal Credit at the moment but i'm hoping not for to long. currently seeking full time employment. I am receiving housing benefit and and get a standard monthly rent allowance of £900 which i pay where i am currently living now so rent would not be a problem at all.
