Actively looking for a room to rent

I'm currently employed as a deputy story manager at a charity shop. My contract is part time but permanent and i pick up extras hours wherever i can. Ideally I'm looking for a room in the LE2 area as that's where I've lived for the past 7 years. I'm very considerate of others and would be a respectful housemate.
