Young professional seeking room

Hi, I’m David, 22, and I’m due to start work as a full-time paralegal in London, so I’m relocating from the North West. I’m looking for a room in a friendly, social house share, available as soon as possible.

I’m going to work 9:30–17:30 during the week, working two days a week from home. I have an active lifestyle. I go to the gym and play rugby, but I’m also relaxed and easy to get along with. I’m tidy, respectful, and considerate in shared spaces, and I’m looking for a home with a good balance between social and chilled weekday vibes.

Ideally, I’m looking for a long-term room in a well-kept property. I’m reliable with rent and bills and happy to provide references if needed.
