33, professional, looking for flat mate soonish

Hi! I’m looking for a housemate to move into a 2-bed house or flat with — ideally somewhere with our own bathrooms. I work in the city centre near Victoria Station, so anywhere around there would be perfect, but I’m also open to areas just outside Manchester city centre as long as the transport links are good.

I’m pretty laid-back but also really clean and tidy, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s the same when it comes to keeping the place nice.

It’d be great to become friends, but I’m easy either way 😊

In my spare time I’m usually reading (mostly thrillers and horror), watching Netflix in the evenings, and I’m a massive foodie.

Probably worth mentioning that I’m gay, so being LGBTQ+ friendly is a must haha
