Professional looking for flat/house share

Hi! I’m Oleksii, and I work in the software industry at the Science Park.
I’m looking for a new place in Cambridge and am also considering Histon and Milton. I would be glad to share a flat or house with fellow professionals who appreciate a clean and organized home; I’m always happy to contribute to cleaning rotas and communal upkeep.

I’m very respectful of people’s space and privacy. I work from home some days, so I am looking for a room with enough space for a desk to ensure I have a quiet setup for focus time during working hours.

My main requirements are a parking space and, preferably, bike storage. Outside of work, I’m fairly active and into cycling, tennis, and running.
