Friendly professional looking for a room/buddy up!

Hi, I'm Jas and I am looking for a spare room in Leicester for about £500 pcm. I have got a new job at DMU and am moving up from Devon, but previously lived in Leicester for several years. Looking for somewhere near the city centre ideally, so I can walk to work and into town.

Would be lovely to live with someone who would be up for doing things together sometimes, like cooking/walks/pub. I enjoy crafts, reading, and walking.
