Large double room ensuite/private bathroom needed

Hi All,

I am looking for a spacious ensuite or private bathroom double room within the listed areas. I work from home (go to coworking spaces sometimes but mainly wfh) so space is really important for me to set up and still have room to move about.

As long as the room is very spacious and has a good bathroom, I can share spaces with others (but I preferably want a max of 3 housemates- this is not rigid at all, for the right room I don’t mind 4 housemates).

My budget is 1200 bills inclusive. I am clean and tidy. Prefer my own space but also very comfortable with joining other housemates for social nights or activities. I pay my rent on time, and work full time with a tech company.

I do NOT want a living landlord situation or any restrictions from housemates that creates a situation that make me feel like a lodger.
