Looking for a sociable house share or buddy up

Hey I’m Adam! I’m 32, I live in Nottingham but I’m soon to be moving to Leeds for a new job, which starts in April, but can be flexible on move dates.

I currently live in a great house share with a bunch of great people (mixed male/female) and I’d love to have something similar in Leeds. I won’t know anyone in Leeds so it would be great to live in a sociable house share.

I’m open to taking on a room in an existing house share or buddying up with someone/people to get a place.

My new job is hybrid working so I’ll WFH 2-3 days a week.

I’m really sociable and pretty laid back, always up for doing things in the evenings and at the weekend but also respectful of people’s need to have peace and quiet. Pretty sporty and active, love a pub trip, watching sports, hanging out with friends.
