Seeking a cosy fun houseshare

I'm a 38 year old professional fundraiser working for a children's mental health charity in central London. I've lived in Walthamstow and the surrounding area for 12 years and am looking for a room in a quiet and cosy flat/house-share in the area with fun and easy going housemates. I'd love to find housemates who are up for a coffee round the kitchen table/trip to the Forest Cinema/the nearest pub or railway arch brewery but who are just as open to a housemate who has their own things going on. I'm often rowing on the River Lea so am often up and out the house quite early but as a result when I'm home I'm often recharging and up for cooking a hearty meal and watching the latest bingeable series. Due to rowing I don't drink much at the moment, but my alter ego loves a great cocktail or a delicious craft beer if ever you're up for joining me! I'm a kind, considerate and thoughtful housemate and would love to find a welcoming place to call home for the next year or so!
