Professional (m,28) seeks room In Central London

Hi there!

I’m a 28-year-old IT professional looking to join a friendly household in central London, starting 1st May. I'm a London virgin as I'm moving from the South West of England.

I have lived in shared houses for several years and prefer a home that is a bit more settled. I’m a non-smoker with no pets and a stable professional background. I value a clean and organised home and always contribute my fair share to keeping things tidy. (I’m a firm believer in the 'clean as you go' rule!).

I’m always happy to have a chat or share a coffee, but I also highly respect the need for personal space and quiet evenings.

Since I'm new to London, I'll be venturing out and exploring often. I enjoy staying active, but I’m equally happy staying in with a good book or cooking a meal.

I’m generally quite health-conscious and enjoy a productive morning, so I’m not much of a heavy drinker, although I’m always up for a casual pint at the pub or a glass of wine while catching up in the evening.

I’m looking for a furnished double room with a washing machine and parking.
