Young professional looking for a sharehouse

Hi, I’m Rosie, 27, originally from Australia and now based in London. I work full-time in marketing in the City and have been in the UK since last June.

I’m currently looking for a three-bed property with two close friends. We’re all full-time professionals, financially stable, and looking for a long-term home rather than a short stopgap. Between us, we have several years of experience in house shares, so we understand how to maintain a property properly and keep things running smoothly.

We’re respectful of neighbours, keep a clean and tidy home, and take pride in the spaces we live in. While we enjoy dinners out, the odd wine bar or hosting friends for a meal, we’re not a party household _ we all work full-time and value a calm, comfortable environment during the week.

We’re looking for a well-kept property that we can treat as our home and maintain to a high standard. Happy to provide references, proof of employment and anything else required.
