Responsible Single Dad seeking stable living!

Hi, I’m a single dad with two daughters (ages 4 and 6) who stay with me two nights a week. I work full days as a personal trainer both in a gym and with external clients so I’m out of the house most of the week.

I’m respectful, considerate and (probably overly!) clean and tidy. I really value a calm, friendly home environment. I’m sociable and easy to get along with but very mindful of shared space and privacy and I treat the home as a quiet, respectful place to live.

I’m looking for a stable living situation while I continue building towards buying my own place in the near future. My aim is to save sensibly while still providing a relaxed and happy home life for my daughters. With the right person, I’d hope this could be a comfortable and stable arrangement that works well for everyone.

My daughters are calm, easygoing, polite and very well behaved. Bedtime routines are quiet and consistent and their visits are always respectful of the home.

Ideally, I’m looking for my own self contained space (even a studio) but I’m also very open to a (female preferred) household or housemate. someone who appreciates a clean, tidy, responsible and respectful adult sharing the home. I’d need flexibility for my daughters to stay two nights a week, with the occasional extra visit.

I’m happy to contribute fairly to rent and bills and am looking for a safe, friendly home where my girls feel welcome.
