Single or double room wanted in female  flat

Hi! I’m Tess (26), an Aussie currently based in Scotland but relocating to London to start work as a high school teacher. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from mid/late April and have a budget of max £900pcm. Looking for female only flats/houses (non-negotiable).

I’ve lived in share houses both back home and here in Scotland and love to chat/hanging out and be friends with the people I live with but also value and need time to myself (very overstimulating job). I appreciate having a clean/tidy space, I’m pretty organised (at least in the areas of life I need to be), and respectful of common spaces and items.

Outside of work I love walking and exploring the city, travelling, drinking too much coffee, and going musicals/comedy shows. I can regularly be found with a coffee and kindle in hand in parks or cafes. A big reason for me moving to the uk is travel so I’m planning to work as much as possible and then go and explore Europe during the school holidays!

Looking to move by the end of April, and would be keen to do an in person viewing/inspection and meet everyone before then but being in Scotland I’m also very open to a video call one if needed.
