Looking for a room

Hi, I’m Alex 👋
I currently live near Winchester and I’m looking to move locally to be closer to work and family. I work full-time, Monday to Friday, in Eastleigh so am out of the house during the day.

I’m friendly, easygoing, and fairly quiet 😌 Not a party animal, more a “nice cup of coffee and a calm house” kind of person. I’m very respectful of people’s space and time. I am clean, considerate, and generally the sort of housemate who replaces the toilet roll and doesn’t leave mystery items in the fridge.

I’ve lived in shared houses before and am adaptable, sociable when it suits, and equally happy keeping to myself. I’m in my early 30s and enjoy travelling (I’ve lived in several different countries), music, cooking, art, and getting outdoors whenever I can. I love animals, especially dogs and cats and have had many different pets over the years.

I previously worked as a professional house sitter, pet sitter, and gardener, so I’m very house-proud and always happy to help out in the garden if needed 🌱

I’m currently looking for a temporary room while I wait to relocate abroad later this year to be with my girlfriend in Malta. During this time I am looking for a friendly, laid-back home, ideally with one other housemate where everyone respects shared spaces and enjoys a calm, pleasant atmosphere☺️
