Hi there, I’m James and I’m a 26 year old professional who will be starting a Methodologist role at the Office for National Statistics. I will be commuting to their Manchester office a few times a week, and working from home the other days.

I’m active and outdoorsy (running, gym, climbing) but also pretty relaxed at home. I read a lot, enjoy films, and like a quiet evening in during the week.

I enjoy a few drinks with friends at the weekend (often around the Georgian Quarter or Baltic) and the odd gig, but I’m not a big partier anymore.

I’m looking to live with other working professionals in a relaxed and friendly flat. Overall I value a calm and tidy place as I’ll be working from home part of the time.
