We are two female PhD students currently studying at the University of Southampton and are looking for a 2-bedroom flat (2B1B or 2B2B) ideally located near the city centre or with easy access to the university and public transport 🚇

A bit about us:

• 📚 Quiet, mature, and responsible, with stable daily routines
• 🧼 Very tidy and hygienic — we keep shared spaces clean and well organised
• 🚭 Non-smokers, no pets, and no parties
• 🤝 Easy to communicate with and respectful of house rules and neighbours

We are looking to move in from July and, if the property is suitable, we would be very happy to rent long term. We can provide references and any further information if required, and we’re flexible with viewing times 😊
